3 Year Warranty

1. Purpouse

Vespre Design SL (hereinafter, "Vespre"), with Tax ID (NIF) B-26851055 and registered office at Anselm Clavé 09, 08172 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona (Spain), warrants that products manufactured and marketed under the Vespre brand are free from manufacturing and material defects, provided they have been used, installed, and maintained in accordance with their intended purpose and the technical instructions supplied by Vespre.

This Commercial Warranty supplements any rights the buyer may be entitled to under applicable law and does not replace, restrict, or limit any statutory or mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. Warranty Duration

The Commercial Warranty shall have a duration of THREE (3) YEARS from the date of issue of the sales invoice issued by Vespre or by an authorized distributor.

The warranty is calculated for a maximum use of 4,400 operating hours per year.

The repair or replacement of a product or any of its components shall not restart or extend the originally granted warranty period.

3. Coverage

During the warranty period, following technical assessment, Vespre may determine the most appropriate remedy, which may consist of:

• repair of the product;
• replacement with an identical product;
• replacement with an equivalent or successor model when the original product has been discontinued.

The applicable remedy shall be determined by Vespre based on the technical assessment of the product.

4. Territorial Scope

This warranty shall apply globally to all products acquired under the Vespre brand, regardless ofthe country or region in which they are purchased, sold, or installed.

In territories where Vespre does not sell directly, warranty service shall be provided and channeledthrough the corresponding authorized local distributor, who will act as thepoint of contact for the customer.

5. Conditions for Warranty Application

The warranty shall be valid only when all of the following conditions are met:

1. The product has been installed, assembled, and maintained in accordance with the technical instructions provided by Vespre and applicable regulations in force.
2. Installation has been carried out by qualified personnel.
3. The product has not suffered impacts, tampering, modifications, or repairs not authorized in writing by Vespre.
4. The electrical supply has remained at all times within the specified values for each product.
5. The product has been used exclusively for the purpose for which it was designed.
6. For LED products, only original drivers, power supplies, and components supplied or approved by Vespre have been used.
7. The product has not been subjected to vibrations, mechanical stress, or loads incompatible with its design.
8. The agreed payment terms for the product have been fulfilled.
9. The manufacturing code and product identification remain perfectly legible. Removal or alteration of such codes shall automatically void the warranty.
10. The warranty shall only cover the product's first installation.

6. Specific Conditions for OutdoorProducts

In addition to the above conditions:
• For outdoor products, regular operation and appropriate maintenance are required to reduce humidity accumulation, condensation, corrosion, and premature deterioration.
• The product must be cleaned periodically using only clean water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth. In particularly aggressive environments, the cleaning frequency must be increased.
• Products must not be installed in saunas, steam rooms, or equivalent environments.
• Outdoor products must not remain permanently disconnected or unused for prolonged periods in humid, saline, corrosive, or otherwise aggressive environments where this may cause condensation, corrosion, or premature deterioration.

7. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
• Labor for disassembly or reinstallation.
• Transport costs.
• Auxiliary access equipment.
• Per diem allowances, travel expenses, or indirect costs.
• Replaceable lamps and consumable elements.
• Batteries.
• Software.
• Natural variations in luminous flux, LED colour temperature, or colour consistency within accepted LED industry tolerances.
• Wear resulting from normal use.
Scratches or aesthetic damage caused after delivery, installation, handling, cleaning, use, maintenance, or environmental exposure.
• Natural ageing, yellowing, discoloration, oxidation, corrosion, loss of gloss, or degradation of paints, coatings, metallic finishes, polycarbonate, PMMA, ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene, or other plastic materials due to use, time, UV radiation, humidity, or environmental exposure.
• Minor imperfections inherent to artisanal or industrial manufacturing processes.
• Damage caused by cleaning with unsuitable products.
• Damage caused by power surges or electrical fluctuations.
• Damage resulting from fire, flooding, lightning, earthquakes, vandalism, war, or any case of force majeure.
• Products installed under environmental conditions incompatible with their technical specifications.
• Damage caused by marine, saline, corrosive, highly humid, chemically aggressive, or otherwise extreme environments, unless the product has been specifically specified and approved by Vespre for such conditions.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper handling by the installer.
• Any intervention performed by third parties without Vespre's express authorization.

8. Warranty Procedure

Every claim must be accompanied by:
• the original purchase invoice;
• product identification;
• a detailed description of the defect;
• photographs or additional documentation when required by Vespre.

Vespre may request the return of the product for technical inspection before authorizing any action.

9. Technical Inspection

Once the product is received, Vespre will carry out the corresponding technical inspection.


If it is determined that the product does not present any defect covered by this Commercial Warranty, or that the issue results from any of the exclusions set out in this document, Vespre may charge the customer for the costs of inspection, diagnosis, handling, and administrative management, up to a maximum amount of TWO HUNDRED EUROS (€200), plus applicable VAT.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vespre's liability shall be limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the product in accordance with the terms of this Commercial Warranty.


Vespre shall not be liable for indirect damages, economic losses, loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of production, business interruption, consequential damages, or any other losses arising from the use or inability to use the product.


The customer shall not be entitled to request price reductions, financial compensation, indemnities, or termination of the supply contract beyond any mandatory rights applicable under current legislation.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit any liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

11. Amendments

Vespre may amend these Commercial Warranty terms at any time.


Amendments shall only apply to products invoiced from the effective date of the new version onward.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that may apply.
